Bella HomeScape Staging and Redesign Services is packaged to fit your needs. We recognize that each home is unique, so we start our staging services by providing you a free evaluation to determine the scope of the project and to discuss how you, as the home owner, want to get involved.  Following the evaluation, we’ll submit a proposal for the work discussed and recommended. 

Upon the completion of the staging project, we’ll provide digital photos of your staged home for you or your agent’s marketing needs.  It is especially critical to have beautiful pictures of your home to post on internet listings since 85% of home buyers start their search on the Web.  

We understand most home owners might still want to know “what will it cost” to stage a home.  To give you a general estimate, the cost of staging your home is often less than a price reduction of your home sale price in the future!

The process for a home redesign is similar to a staging project; however, the objective of a redesign is to give your home a new look by using your home's existing furnishings and accessories.
